IL PICCANTINO DI BENEDETTO

Condiment made of olive oil and hot peppers. Prepared completely normally: peppers are left to soak in oil several days and, at a later time, it shall be filtered. It’s very hot but if properly measured it can dress any dishes. Perfect for pizza.



Ingredients: Olive oil, chili pepper’s extract.
