Porcini mushrooms harvested in ancient forests of fir, chestnut and beech, keeping all the smell and fragrance of the woods. Cut into big pieces, seasoned with vinegar , a bay leaf and spices. Preserved in olive oil, they are perfect as appetizer and to garnish meat carpaccio and bresaola.
Ingredients: Boletus Edulis , olive oil, vinegar, salt, chilli peppers, garlic, bay leaf. It may contain: acidity regulator citric acid (E330), preservative : sulphur dioxide (E220).
